Jen Ortiz has been an integral part of our team since February 2023. Starting as a patient coordinator, she quickly advanced to become the front desk team lead, showcasing her dedication and leadership skills.
Jen chose a career in this field because of her passion for helping people. She finds immense joy and fulfillment in assisting patients to achieve their ideal smiles, providing quality care, and making a positive impact on their lives.
Inspired and motivated by her ability to make a difference, Jen is committed to continual learning and growth within the dental field. She is driven by contributing to meaningful changes and improvements, and she takes pride in seeing patients leave with a smile, knowing they have received outstanding care.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family and her dog, and listening to live music.
Jen wants patients to know that she prioritizes listening to their concerns and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment. Her goal is to build relationships based on trust and help each patient achieve optimal oral health.
