Jennifer embarked on her BDC journey as a dental hygiene assistant. She realized that she had found her passion and decided to put in the work to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. Jen says that a bright, healthy smile isn’t just a reflection of a good mood; proper oral health affects many aspects of a person’s life. Jen finds great satisfaction in helping people manage and improve their oral health regime.
Jen is inspired by the idea that each day is a clean slate, a fresh opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life. She believes that you never know when a smile or a word of encouragement will tip the scales on someone’s day, so she strives to be positive and affirming in her interactions with others. Jen recognizes that visiting the dentist is anxiety provoking for many and feels that ensuring a positive experience, will help motivate patients to prioritize their oral health.
When going to work each day, Jen looks forward to building connections with both her patients and her team. Working at BDC has imparted upon her the significance of nurturing professional relationships, transforming a job into a fulfilling career. The collaborative atmosphere at BDC resonates with her and she loves that the team is unwavering in its dedication to the mission of providing quality dental care that meets and exceeds expectations.
