As a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist at Babylon Dental Care, Dr. Absatz brings a wealth of expertise and a patient-centered approach to dental care. Dr. Absatz graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine after earning his BA from Johns Hopkins University. He has been delivering compassionate, patient-focused dental care in the Patchogue community since 1992, when he returned to his native Long Island and established his practice.
Dr. Absatz takes great pride in the artistry involved in designing and creating beautiful smiles. As the son of a professional artist and an artist himself, he considers it a privilege to provide the highest quality dentistry to each unique patient with a conservative approach.
Throughout his esteemed career, Dr. Absatz has been dedicated to treating underserved communities in Cambodia, Guatemala, and Israel, as well as impoverished areas within New York State.
Dr. Absatz is an active member of the American Dental Association and has served on its Board of Directors and Peer Review Committee. Outside of the office, Dr. Absatz enjoys spending valuable time with family and friends, appreciating nature and the outdoors, and staying active in sports.
